Windsurfing at Lake Hattie, WY 9.11.05

Here are some pics of a very beautiful place in Wyoming. Flying across the water at 30+ miles-per-hour is one of those perfect adrenaline-junkie experiences where you are participating physically and psychically in the movement of natural forces typically beyond the grasp of humans. It's momentary bliss with a visceral edge--kind of like meditating in freefall.

I love the sunset photo -- or is it sunrise? -- a new day dawning (for day or for night) on what seems from this visual rhetoric to be a life of freedom, of seizing what is truly beautiful and meaningful in life, and living it. Riding the wave of life. Choosing the way of the freefall

Abandoning anchors is a way of breaking free to truly fly.
